Priprema

Navedene sastojke dobro izmiješati, sipati u namašćenu i pobrašnjenu tepsiju i peći na 200*c , nisam mjerila vrijeme ali već se otprilikevidi ili provjeravati . Kad je kolač pečen i ohlađen posipati šećerom u prahu. ( po želji možete dodati višnje, ukusan je i bez i sa voćem )

Kopriva spada među najzdravije biljke koje postoje i dostupne su ljudima. Koristi se u svrhu liječenja velikog broja oboljenja, a posebno bubrežnih oboljenja te malokrvnosti.

Ukoliko želite da je berete i pripremite ovaj recept, savjetujemo vam da to uradite negdje na livadama u prirodi, dalje od grada, industrije…
U nastavku slijedi recept koji je vrlo jednostavno napraviti.

SASTOJCI:

40 vrhova koprive,
po mogućnosti mlade biljke da budu
1 kg šećera
3 l vode
5 limuna
NACIN PRIPREME:

Kada berete koprivu, treba da pazite da uberete samo samo njen vrh, te tri lista ispod toga, a nikako nemojte ubirati cijelu biljku. Kada ste ubrali, operite je dobro, nekoliko puta. Limun prvo dobro oprati, pa isjeći na kriške te dodati u hladnu vodu, pa u isto dodajte i koprivu.
Posudu poklopite i ostavite na sobnoj temperaturi barem 24 sata. Nakon 24 sata, promješajte posudu i dodajte šećer i mješajte malo duže dok se šećer ne otopi u potpunosti. Vaša smjesa je gotova, istresite je u staklenke, zatvorite i čuvajte u frižideru.
